We are pleased to announce that our presale will start on Thursday (08.02.2018) at exactly 18:00 CET.
The presale will be simple, no registration required. After the timer runs out a web form will appear on our website and You will need to enter Your email and ETH address from where You are sending the tokens (THAT ADDRESS WILL ALSO BE USED FOR SENDING THE TOKENS AFTER ICO ENDS SO PLEASE USE AN ADDRESS THAT ACCEPTS ERC20 TOKENS LIKE MYETHERWALLET OR METAMSK).
The presale will be held for 30 days or when it hits the 400 ETH limit. Soon after that we will announce the date for the crowdsale. All tokens will be sent out within 2 weeks after the crowdsale finalization.
You will also need to confirm that You are not coming from one of the forbidden states. We are sorry but due to legal advises We received it would be to much of a hassle and We would need to hire a firm who will do the KYC procedure. We are aiming to keep all the unnecessary costs down as You can see from our budget planning. You will also need to agree to our TOS as an industry standard these days.

Our budget is very straight forward and we explained it in our whitepaper. We are humble and while projects these days aim for 10+ million dollars hardcaps we settled for this “lower” hardcap of 6.5 million dollars. The reason for that is that we only need the funding for the first part of our project as later on the project will be funded trough the fees that will be divided among all token holders equally depending on the stake. There will also be a lot more advantages for our ICO supporters which we will explain in detail soon (hint: You can already find a rough explanation in our whitepaper)
Due to currently unpredictable prices of ETH we fixed it at the price of 1000$ per ETH. We saw other ICO projects collect way more capital in USD than planned due to ETH price constantly increasing and we think that it is not fair to the supporters. So that is why we came up with a unique feature.
If the price of ETH exceeds 1100$ (10% from our initial “hard written” ETH value of 1000$) the money that exceeds our hardcap will be used to buyback our tokens and burn them thus lowering the circulating supply.
We would also like to remind everyone that all unsold tokens will be burnt.
